Huntington Gala took place recently with everyone praying for fine weather. The morning looked very dull when Keith, Carol and Keith arrived to help with the teas but things improved during the afternoon and soon there were lots of local residents enjoying themselves with all the attractions, including a bouncy castle, a petting zoo, go-carts and various stalls.

Business was brisk in the tea tent and everyone was kept busy handing out hot drinks, sandwiches and cakes. All three local councillors had a very enjoyable afternoon meeting and talking to everyone and there such a good response that a lot of money was raised for good causes.

Keith, Carol and Keith said ‘Credit should go to the organisers, particularly members of Huntington Parish Council and the Joblings, who did such a good job. We were pleased to be able to help and are looking forward to next year’s event.’
