Following Lib Dem proposals to reverse the Labour funding cuts to local areas the following grants have been made from Ward Committee funds in Huntington and New Earswick:

• Community Action for Nature
• For youth work at St Andrew’s Church
• The Toolbox Project for youth mechanics
• Lighting for the public footpath around All Saints Church
• Money for transport for Kidz Club

At our next meeting residents can hear the latest on the Community Stadium; public health within the city; and a report from your local police team. You can also report any issues that you are concerned about.
