A number of residents have contacted us to raise their concers about the water leak on Strensall Road. One resident said she had been told the work to repair the leak would not start until Wednesday.

We have contacted Council Officers and Yorkshire Water explaining the seriousness of the situation.

We are now pleased to report that Morrisons, who carry out work for Yorkshire Water, have now told us work will had started Tuesday (5th February). There will be traffic control and the bus stop will be moved. Once the leak has been repaired, the work to repair the road could continue until next Monday.
