Liberal Democrat Councillors for Huntington & New Earswick are asking local residents to help inform the New Earswick ward walk by highlighting issues in the local area.
For the last 15 years, a ward walk of New Earswick has been carried out by one of the local Liberal Democrat Councillors, who will meet with representatives of the New Earswick Parish Council and Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust to make notes of the area. This can often include the condition of paths roads, footpaths, hedges and local signs.
In turn, resources can be coordinated by the three representatives, so action can be taken to address any identified issues.
To help with the walk and to make sure that local issues are being picked up on, the Liberal Democrats are calling on residents to let us know of any issues in the New Earsiwck area. In turn, any reported issue can be looked at via the ward walk, so we can all keep New Earswick in good order.
If you have an issue you would like to highlight, please contact your local Liberal Democrat ward councillors (cllr.c.cullwick@york.gov.uk, cllr.c.runciman@york.gov.uk & cllr.k.orrell@york.gov.uk), and we will be more than happy to assist.
